AmTrust North America Claims is looking for an experienced data and reporting thought partner and motivated self-starter to lead a team of local and remote resources to deliver on several high impact and high visibility strategic priorities. This role will be on a hybrid schedule in an AmTrust location.

The BSA serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. They facilitate discussions amongst business stakeholders across the organization to ensure all groups impacted by a project are given an opportunity to provide the necessary feedback as functional requirements are gathered and confirmed.
