AmTrust Financial Services, a fast growing commercial insurance company, has a need for a Telephonic Medical Case Manager, RN.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide comprehensive quality telephonic case management to proactively drive a medically appropriate return to work through engagement with the injured employee, provider and employer. Our nurses will be empathetic informative medical resources for our injured employees and they will partner with our adjusters to develop a personalized holistic approach for each claim. These responsibilities may include utilization review, pharmacy oversight and care coordination.
The Business Systems Analyst at AmTrust is the individual who has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users. The BSA serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. They facilitate discussions amongst business stakeholders across the organization to ensure all groups impacted by a project are given an opportunity to provide the necessary feedback as functional requirements are gathered and confirmed. Projects can range from minor enhancements to larger and more complex work items for insurance quoting and policy management systems, and responsibilities may include production support on assigned systems.
The BSA is responsible for working with IT to deliver software solutions for new and existing products and services within our company. The BSA is involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle and collaborates with the technology teams to ensure that they have the information they need for successful solution delivery. They serve the agile teams by ongoing and iterative prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring requirements for user stories/features are complete prior to each sprint, and addressing questions the team may have in sprint planning and throughout the sprint. The BSA is responsible for seeing that the tasks are performed properly and verifying customer satisfaction.
Summary:
The Audit Coordinator will work collaboratively to coordinate and schedule premium audits directly with Policyholder’s for members of the Key Account Team (KAT) and Virtual Audit Team (VAT). The Audit Coordinator will be responsible for contacting clients to schedule audits, answer questions regarding the audit process and timeline, and assist with ensuring appropriate resources are assigned to each audit. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.

This Software Quality Assurance Analyst will have experience automating tests and creating, executing and analyzing performance tests. Will interact with his or her supervisor as needed, but many activities will require independent thought and decision making. Assigned to our Worker's Compensation Line of Business, the Adjuster III is responsible for prompt and independent review of insurance claims through effective research, evaluation, investigation, negotiation and interaction with insureds or claimants. The Adjuster III is often assigned to mid-size or mid complexity claims in the Line of Business. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust and Claims organization. Experience handling Worker's Compensation Claims is required for this position.
Summary:
The Collections Representative II is responsible for analyzing policy detail, report data, and company policy to determine the best course of action for aged receivable balances. Timely resolution of the aged balances is accomplished through obtainment of payment, revision, write off, or referral to third party collection vendors. This position supports preservation of AmTrust’s reputation and assets by providing excellent levels of customer service and sound receivable resolutions to all internal and external customers
The receptionist is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations of the office. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential for this position.
The salary range for this role is $18-20.30/hr. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales and or revenue-based metrics. The Client Experience Manager, reports to the Manager, Client Experience and is responsible for client support throughout the life of the policy. The Client Experience Manager (CXM)’s goal is to support Sales, Underwriting and Claims to drive retention and growth by creating loyal and satisfied clients while improving loss cost and experience mods.
