A Law Clerk - Workers' Compensation is responsible for competent, ethical, and diligent representation of AmTrust North America and its policy holders in all assigned cases including preparation of pleadings, motions, pre-trial discovery, trial, arbitration and appellate work. You are required to manage a caseload from inception to resolution. This position requires aggressive, cost-efficient, and creative management of a caseload involved in full-phase litigation. This position can be located in one of our claims offices, with the possibility of working remotely. The successful candidate will directly handle Construction related claims. Summary:  The Quality Assurance Analyst will execute exploratory tests of forms vs. coverages in order to ensure product quality. The QA Analyst will have experience in ISO, Pro-Metrix and Sage/Ref Connect/NCCI/other WC bureaus. Will interact with his/her supervisor as needed, but many activities will require independent thought and decision making. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Needs to know a minimum of WC,  BOP and Auto lines of business. Tax Analyst II The Tax Analyst II is primarily responsible for supporting the Federal and State and Local Tax Managers in the preparation and review of tax filings, research, and planning required of a multinational insurance and insurance agency holding company. This position will also work on Partnership tax matters, as requested, and required. The AmTrust Tax Department has a hybrid work policy – the employees are required to work from our Downtown Cleveland office Tuesday through Thursday but can work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. A conscientious self-starter with strong communication skills is required.
