The Adjuster II is often, though not always, assigned to larger or more complex claims than an Adjuster I. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Summary:  The Sr Bureau Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for reporting of Financial Calls, Data Calls, Assessment and various mandated statistical agents and federal/state agencies. Involved with preparing the MDC (Medical Data Call) and IDC (Indemnity Data Call). Responsibilities include analyzing and reconciling the data and any other related action needed to assure the accuracy. This may require researching the source systems, external feeds and the Bureaus. Building relationships with external bureaus and states and the Business Segments, Claims, Financial/Statutory, Unit Stats, AP and IT functions. Utilize Oracle and cube data to complete and pay assessments and data calls in a timely manner.   Would be responsible for obtaining the required information to complete and pay the assessments/surcharges in a timely manner.  Will participate/initiate process improvement efforts as needed as AmTrust continues to grow.   Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization. Correspond with the MGA’s as needed currently (Kestrel) may be additional in the future.

Summary:  This underwriting position specifically works with national payroll agencies and digital partners and is within a quickly growing division of the AmTrust with opportunities for advancement. Emphasis is placed on providing excellent customer service including quick and timely submission review. Majority of accounts are small to mid-market workers comp submissions domiciled countrywide. Individual account underwriting is required including hazard analysis, rating, pricing, and form selection. This person also meets with assigned agencies and producers to review progress in business goals and accounts as needed.

The Business Systems Analyst at AmTrust is the individual who has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users.  The BSA serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow.  They facilitate discussions amongst business stakeholders across the organization to ensure all groups impacted by a project are given an opportunity to provide the necessary feedback as functional requirements are gathered and confirmed.  Projects can range from minor enhancements to larger and more complex work items for insurance quoting and policy management systems, and responsibilities may include production support on assigned systems.    The BSA is responsible for working with IT to deliver software solutions for new and existing products and services within our company.   The BSA is involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle and collaborates with the technology teams to ensure that they have the information they need for successful solution delivery.  They serve the agile teams by ongoing and iterative prioritization of the product backlog, ensuring requirements for user stories/features are complete prior to each sprint, and addressing questions the team may have in sprint planning and throughout the sprint.  The BSA is responsible for seeing that the tasks are performed properly and verifying customer satisfaction.

The Virtual Auditor performs virtual audits of varying complexity ensuring the accuracy of earned premium risk calculations.  Responsible for handling of audits within the $10,000 to $50,000 estimated premium range.  Investigates and verifies the premium base exposures according to policy contract terms, manual rules, company filings, and procedures.  Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Our nurses will be responsible for proactively applying clinical expertise ensuring our injured employees receive medically appropriate healthcare to achieve a safe return to work or best optimal level of function through engagement with the injured employee, provider and employer. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst II will develop and execute exploratory tests as well as automated tests in order to ensure product quality.  This Software Quality Assurance Analyst will have experience automating tests and creating, executing and analyzing performance tests. Will interact with his or her supervisor as needed, but many activities will require independent thought and decision making.
