Responsible for providing E&S Underwriters- Renewal with information necessary to make sound underwriting decisions (i.e., marketing, customer service and administrative support affecting brokers/insureds from initial submission through policy issuance and renewals). Provides support within established performance standards and priorities that are responsive to marketing, underwriting, retention and service goals. Assures all related support activities are delivered in a manner consistent with business unit customer service and expense management focus.
Coordinating the enrollment and ongoing management of the Extended Warranty Program in North America. Monitoring Retailer progress against conversion and performance targets and agree any actions required to ensure ongoing growth year on year. Position will require ongoing travel for in store visits in support of the program as well as virtual trainings and/or performance reviews. The individual will be targeted on unit sales and margins generated by the Retailers under their remit as well as contributing support towards the achievement of the overall regional objectives in overall unit sales, CCP administration fee, underwriting performance, and overall operating profit.

The Client Experience Manager, reports to the Manager, Client Experience and is responsible for client support throughout the life of the policy. The Client Experience Manager (CXM)’s goal is to support Sales, Underwriting and Claims to drive retention and growth by creating loyal and satisfied clients while improving loss cost and experience mods. The CXM will support our internal Sales, Underwriting and Claims teams by working along side them to address anything they need, or a client needs with a regional focus. This model will allow one point of accountability to address any issues that arise over the life of a policy.
The Lead Claims Examiner is responsible for prompt and efficient investigation, evaluation and settlement or declination of insurance claims through effective research, negotiation and interaction with insureds, claimants and medical providers. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of AmTrust and the Claims organization.
