The Business Systems Analyst at AmTrust is the individual who has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users. The BSA serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. They facilitate discussions amongst business stakeholders across the organization to ensure all groups impacted by a project are given an opportunity to provide the necessary feedback as functional requirements are gathered and confirmed. Projects range from highly complex product development efforts to strategic, large scale system implementations for insurance quoting and policy management systems.

AmTrust Financial is currently seeking a talented individual to fill a role as Desktop Support Technician. The Desktop Support Technician will report to the Manager, IT End User Services. The Desktop Support Technician is part of a team responsible for supporting a multitude of IT related issues that range from desktops, laptops, network, telecom, video conferencing, VoIP, mobility and server or infrastructure problems. The position is also a member of a global remote support team working to diagnose, resolve, and respond to IT incidents in a fast-paced environment.
The Desktop Support Technician provides end-user support and installs/maintains personal computer hardware and software utilizing hands-on and remote resolution capabilities to ensure the efficient and successful operations of AmTrust’s corporate business, while following all IT and Security standards and practices. The Desktop Support Technician will work closely with other IT groups, business departments, and external entities.
The salary range for this role is $ 24.50- $32.00. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales and or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
