The successful candidate will supervise a team of claims professionals handling Commercial Auto bodily injury claims, including coaching and technical development of their direct reports on coverage, liability investigation, evaluation of damages, settlement strategy and litigation management. These claims arise in various jurisdictions throughout the country and, as such, experience in multiple states is required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounting policy functions, answering incoming questions via phone or chat, and supporting both internal and external customers. The Senior Premium Auditor performs physical and virtual audits of the highest complexity ensuring the accuracy of earned premium risk calculations. Investigates and verifies the premium base exposures according to policy contract terms, manual rules, company filings, and procedures.
