PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Clinical Review Pharmacist has the responsibility of reviewing the medical necessity, appropriateness, and quality in the appropriate setting for workers’ compensation injured employee as it pertains to their medications. Additionally, they will work with Amtrust adjusters and nurses to take proper interventions in the care of the injured employee. This position primarily requires timely reviews of pharmacy prior authorizations to determine appropriateness and medical necessity of treatment. This position assesses the medical appropriateness of proposed medications for our injured employees and partners with the AmTrust claims team to expedite medically necessary treatment.
Assigned to Worker's Compensation claims, the Adjuster I is responsible for prompt and independent review of insurance claims through effective research, evaluation, investigation, negotiation and interaction with insureds and claimants. The Adjuster I is often assigned to mid-size or mid complexity claims in the Line of Business. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. The Workers' Compensation Adjuster III is responsible for prompt and efficient investigation, evaluation and settlement or declination of insurance claims through effective research, negotiation and interaction with insureds, claimants and medical providers. PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide comprehensive quality telephonic case management to proactively drive a medically appropriate return to work through engagement with the injured employee, provider and employer. Our nurses will be empathetic informative medical resources for our injured employees and they will partner with our adjusters to develop a personalized holistic approach for each claim. These responsibilities may include utilization review, pharmacy oversight and care coordination.

The Payroll Administrator performs activities necessary to support the bi-weekly payroll processing for the domestic group of employees. Duties include checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards, validating new hire data for accuracy, and other payroll compliance audits. The person processes all employee final payments, income withholding orders, and employment verifications. Additionally, the Payroll Administrator provides a high level of customer service and resolves inquiries; determines root cause of the problem; explains best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Summary:
The Quality Assurance Analyst will execute exploratory tests of forms vs. coverages in order to ensure product quality. The QA Analyst will have experience in ISO, Pro-Metrix and Sage/Ref Connect/NCCI/other WC bureaus. Will interact with his/her supervisor as needed, but many activities will require independent thought and decision making.
Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Needs to know a minimum of WC, BOP and Auto lines of business. Typically reports to a supervisor.

The Senior Premium Auditor performs physical and virtual audits of the highest complexity ensuring the accuracy of earned premium risk calculations. The salary range for this role is $70K- $85K. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales and or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.

This is a highly technical and market facing position and requires experience with Surety lines of business. This position will require travel.
As a Surety Underwriting you will be responsible for utilizing your sales/marketing, relationship building and analytical skills to analyze and underwrite new and renewal Surety business.
