Summary:
The Quality Assurance Analyst will execute exploratory tests of forms vs. coverages in order to ensure product quality. The QA Analyst will have experience in ISO, Pro-Metrix and Sage/Ref Connect/NCCI/other WC bureaus. Will interact with his/her supervisor as needed, but many activities will require independent thought and decision making.
Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Needs to know a minimum of WC, BOP and Auto lines of business. Typically reports to a supervisor.

Tax Analyst II
The Tax Analyst II is primarily responsible for supporting the Federal and State and Local Tax Managers in the preparation and review of tax filings, research, and planning required of a multinational insurance and insurance agency holding company. This position will also work on Partnership tax matters, as requested, and required. The AmTrust Tax Department has a hybrid work policy – the employees are required to work from our Downtown Cleveland office Tuesday through Thursday but can work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. A conscientious self-starter with strong communication skills is required.

Our Specialty Casualty underwriting department is seeking an Executive Underwriter to join our growing team. The Specialty Casualty team delivers significant value to our wholesale brokers by providing them with an underwriting capability for higher hazard General Liability and Excess insurance needs that are best addressed on an individual risk basis.
With this opportunity, you will underwrite and manage a portfolio of hard to place liability risks with tougher exposures considered unique or challenging in accordance with AmTrust E&S guidelines, strategy and profitability standards. The person in this position is responsible for new business development, risk analysis and assessment, coverage evaluation, pricing and contract negotiation in order to maintain and develop a profitable portfolio of non-admitted primary and excess liability risks Professional Liability risks
Position requires advanced risk assessment skills with minimum of 15 years industry experience, 10+ years in Excess and Surplus lines with specialized coverage and product knowledge for higher-hazard, complex risks, with a focus on construction, products liability, hospitality and distressed premises.
Multi-line field position with primary responsibilities of conducting physical Underwriting Loss Control Surveys and/or provide Large Account Policy Services for technically complex, large or high-profile accounts with coverage in all product lines. Services can include safety training (onsite & online seminar), onboarding of new accounts, claims analysis, and LC service/capabilities presentations. Be comfortable presenting to large accounts, agencies, and internal departments. The salary range for this role is $98k-102k. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York. Overview:
AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for an Attorney with construction defect experience to join our Southern California Staff Counsel office. The position partners with AmTrust’s insureds and claims professionals to deliver the best possible result in construction defect and property damage lawsuits. Flexible location can be based in our Irvine office or can be remote working from your home.
The Senior Premium Auditor performs physical and virtual audits of the highest complexity ensuring the accuracy of earned premium risk calculations. Responsible for handling of audits within AmTrust’s Major Accounts Programs. Investigates and verifies the premium base exposures according to policy contract terms, manual rules, company filings, and procedures. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
Associate Corporate Counsel, Litigation
The Litigation Department extra-contractual and bad faith unit serves as internal counsel to AmTrust’s U.S. based, specialty, core, property and workers compensation claims organizations.
As Associate Corporate Counsel, Litigation you will provide coverage and bad faith analysis. You will also provide strategic advice on settlement opportunities and manage a national pending of extra-contractual matters. This position provides consultation, critical analysis, and strategic development recommendations relative to the most complex and challenging claims circumstances across all AmTrust products, business lines and jurisdictions.
Day-to-day responsibilities involve consulting with claims examiners and managers on responses to settlement demands, partnering with other litigation department units on coverage or overall claims resolution strategy, performing legal research, assisting with corporate discovery, and advising on overall claim resolution strategy. You will also manage a portfolio of national extra-contractual matters.
This position may be remote, or reside in any AmTrust claims office (subject to space constraints). Occasional travel may be required.
