AmTrust Financial is currently seeking a talented and results driven individual to fill a role as Senior IT Field Services Technician. The Senior IT Field Services Technician will report to the Manager of Field Services.
The Senior IT Field Services Technician provides end-user support and installs/maintains personal computer hardware and software utilizing hands-on and remote resolution capabilities to ensure the efficient and successful operations of AmTrust’s corporate business, while following all IT and Security standards and practices. The Senior IT Field Services Technician will work closely with other IT groups, business departments and external entities.
The Desktop Architect will design, test, and implement technology for the new modern workstation design. The Architect will contribute to the future state design, including security principles, such as zero trust, as well as productivity and administration efficiencies. A successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of new technology, such as autopilot, Intune, MCAS, and Azure AIP, as well as a very strong automation background.
The Project Portfolio Analyst partners with key stakeholders in the business and technology teams to manage the project intake process, provide input around capacity planning, provide transparency into the health, spend and strategic alignment of the portfolio and support the annual planning process. This role will train and educate stakeholders on intake/capacity management procedures and ensure team members execute in compliance with standards.
The Project Portfolio Analyst is also accountable for the development and communication of portfolio metrics that represent portfolio performance. The Project Portfolio Analyst will maintain and support the development of project portfolio status reporting standards/metrics and will oversee reporting of the IS&T Strategic Portfolios to IT Leadership on key metrics such as: budget health, schedule health, major risks and mitigation strategies, tempo of new project intake rates, in progress initiatives, resourcing, etc.
Finally, the Project Portfolio Analyst is responsible for working within the Portfolio and Demand Management team under the Process & Capability Excellence Organization which includes but is not limited to the PMO CoE, BA CoE, QA CoE to establish Portfolio and Capacity Management guidelines and oversee the Demand Management Process. This position reports to the AVP, Portfolio and Demand Management.

Amtrust Financial Services, a fast growing commercial insurance company, is seeking a Commercial Claims Adjuster. This position can be located in one of our claims offices, with the possibility of working remotely. The successful candidate will directly handle the most complex claims including General Liability, property damage related claims. The successful candidate will evaluate coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities as well as ensuring appropriate investigation of the underlying facts and circumstances is carried out, proper experts are retained and utilized where necessary, selection and utilization of counsel is appropriate, and proper negotiation strategy is employed.
AmTrust Financial Services is currently seeking a Claims Supervisor for E&S Claims. This position requires previous supervisory experience. This position will supervise 4 to 5 Casualty Adjusters who will be handling claims arising from our general liability and commercial excess and surplus policies. Their supervision will include the technical development of the adjusters claim files which includes, coverage, liability investigation, development and evaluation of damages, settlement strategy and litigation management. These claims arise in various jurisdictions throughout the country and, as such, experience and adjusters’ license in multiple jurisdictions is required. This position will also have personnel administration responsibilities for the adjusters under their supervise. This position will assist the Casualty Claim Director on various special projects as needed.
AmTrust is currently seeking a Subrogation Adjuster to facilitate recovery of money paid on more complicated and larger claims by the AmTrust North America Claims organization or by affiliated AmTrust North America Companies. This individual will be responsible for the prompt and efficient examination, evaluation, supplemental investigation, and resolution of liens of claims being handling in the subrogation unit. They will serve as a unofficial leader in the subrogation team and mentor to other team members.
The field support technician will work with Corporate Desktop/Level 2 and local IT teams to support end users. This will include Printer, laptop, PC, copier, remote desktop, and application support for user-base. Duties include but are not limited to:

With a focus on the ServiceNow platform, the Developer will act as a senior member of the team assisting with the development and implementation of the IT Service Management roadmap. The Developer will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the IT Service Management platform (ServiceNow), while also playing a key role in the overall strategy and execution in the areas of Configuration Management, Asset Management, IT Service Portal/Catalog, Incident/Problem/Change Management, API integrations, Automation, and Performance Analytics and reporting. The Developer will also be responsible for the operational support of the ServiceNow platform providing issue resolution and request fulfillment.

Amtrust Financial Services, a fast growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for a Claims Assistant- Workers Compensation. Provide assistance to claim adjusters by performing a variety of support services that include, but are not limited to, those listed in the essential job functions section below:
- Assist adjusters in contacting insureds or other involved persons to obtain missing or incomplete information.
- Provide customer service, such as giving limited instructions on how to proceed with claims, completing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and resolving minor complaints which arise during the claims handling process.
- Performs data entry functions (claim checks, claim file updates, forms, form letters, electronic interfaces, etc.) as directed by claims adjuster or supervisor.
- Receives and/or returns telephone calls as directed by claims adjuster.
- Performs general maintenance of claims documents in the claim files.
- Other tasks as assigned by adjusters or supervisor.

The Worker’s Compensation Medical Only Claims Adjuster is responsible for the prompt and effective investigation of worker’s compensation claims involving injuries that require medical treatment but no wage loss. Claim adjudication requires interaction with Insureds, claimants, medical providers and other parties to ensure adequate medical treatment is provided while utilizing Company resources in a cost-effective manner.
The Medical Case Manager provides comprehensive quality telephonic case management to proactively drive a medically appropriate return to work through engagement with the injured employee, provider, and employer. The Medical Case Manager is empathetic, informative, and collaborative. This position coordinates medical resources for our injured employees and partners with the AmTrust Claims Adjuster team to develop a personalized holistic approach for each claim. AmTrust Financial Services, a fast-growing commercial insurance company, is seeking a Clerical Supervisor. This position will supervise a group of Claim Assistants as well as perform other duties. Claims experience is preferred as this position will be responsible for assigning Complex claims, which requires both the ability to identify severity and the skill set to assign claims to the appropriate staff accurately. This position is also responsible for monitoring production activity, training, assisting with special projects and perform any other tasks that may arise. This is a work from home position.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist II is responsible for analyzing policy detail, report data, and company policy to determine the best course of action for aged receivable balances. Timely resolution of the aged balances is accomplished through obtainment of payment, revision, write off, or referral to third party collection vendors.
