The Investigative Analyst will examine claims and other data sources to detect potentially fraudulent activity. They will conduct extensive research from both internal and external sources, to identify patterns, trends and anomalies that require further investigation. The investigative analyst will develop investigations from the patterns, trends or anomalies identified and document all relevant activity/elements in accurate detail and in a timely manner within the investigative case management system. They will prepare reports regarding the conclusions and recommendations drawn from the data to present information to Investigative Services management, state insurance fraud bureaus and/or law enforcement. They will also make recommendations for future policies and procedures that will help detect, identify and/or prevent future fraud. The analyst must maintain a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values and uphold the standards of the AmTrust organization.
The primary functions of a Processor are the review and completion of new business issuance and policy endorsement change requests in accordance with underwriting guidelines and applicable laws. In this role, the processor will be expected to maintain a standard of both productivity and quality.
Responsible for assisting with all administrative aspects of Legal e-Billing program. Assists e-Billing unit to ensure timely and proper payment of legal invoices. Communicates directly with law firm vendors with respect to billing and payment inquiries. Assists with verification of billing data for new and ongoing legal matters. AmTrust is searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Renewal Underwriting Supervisor to manage and lead the West Region underwriting team. This position will lead and train underwriters and Underwriting Assistants to ensure integrity of underwriting activities and processes. You will also lead your team to work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Agents to target and identify opportunities to meet and or exceed annual sales and profit goals.

The Adjuster II is often assigned to mid-size or mid complexity claims in the Line of Business. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. AmTrust Financial Services, a fast growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for a Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor. The successful candidate will supervise a team of Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters. Their supervision will include coaching and counseling, monitoring work performance to assure compliance with company standards as well as California Labor Code rules and regulations, helping to refine the skills of the people in the unit, conducting performance evaluations, and instituting corrective action when appropriate. This position will also have personnel administration responsibilities for their team of adjusters. This position reports to the Division President.
Note, this is a remote role and commercial Workers' Compensation claims handling experience required.

This range may be modified in the future.

Seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses strong leadership, technical and analytical skills, with an understanding of the insurance industry (commercial lines preferred). The individual will be senior business analyst and is expected to work with product teams to develop requirements, work with IT teams to develop functionality, and oversee UAT to ensure quality solution delivery that supports the broader platform objectives and long-term roadmap.
