AmTrust Financial Services, a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster II The Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster II is responsible for the prompt and efficient examination, investigation, settlement or declination of worker’s compensation insurance claims through effective research, negotiation and interaction with insures, and claimants, ensuring that company resources are utilized in a cost-effective manner in the process. The Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster II reports to a WC Supervisor.
The Cyber Underwriter will produce and underwrite new and renewal business within the fast-growing Cyber Division. The role will be responsible for assessing the cybersecurity maturity and insurability of business entities across a wide range of industry sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for underwriting new and renewal business, helping improve the technical expertise and underwriting guidelines within the division, as well as developing relationships with our key broker partners to achieve our team’s shared goals. To be successful the candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable to a changing marketplace, and able to work and collaborate as part of a team.

The Commercial Title Examiner is responsible for performing examinations of our title plant and public records to create accurate chains of title. The position identifies all matters that affect title, assesses risks and liabilities, and ultimately creates title commitments in accordance with company and Texas Department of Insurance requirements. The individual will be a Litigation Business Systems Consultant (LBSC) and is expected to work with the Senior Litigation Product Manager to develop requirements, work with the Litigation Technology Solutions (LTS) team, the IT organization and the application vendor (Litify) to configure functionality and oversee UAT to ensure quality solution delivery that supports the broader department objectives and long-term roadmap.
