Summary: 
The Underwriting Support Technician I handles several aspects of policy processing and issuance which include new business and/or renewal preparation, quoting and issuance; endorsement processing; cancellations; and/or all other policy processing associated tasks in accordance with authority level and company guidelines. Lines of Business contained within CPP Operations are listed below. These may include a variety of states. This position may have contact with field offices and agents to compile information and communicate to the status of various accounts. 
 
When new in the role, over the first 6-12 months, the Claim Assistant I is learning all aspects of the LOB Claims support. The Claim Assistant I will provide assistance to Claim Adjusters by performing a variety of support services. The position has frequent oversight by the supervisor to support the Claim Assistant I. The Claim Assistant I maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust and Claims organization.

Reporting to the AVP of Premium Audit, the Premium Audit Director - Core Operations is responsible for executing departmental strategies, managing operations, and supporting the AVP in achieving organizational goals. This role oversees service delivery, staff development, vendor management, and regulatory compliance within the Premium Audit function. The Director serves as a key resource for insureds and agents, ensuring a high standard of service and alignment with AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values.
 
The expected salary range for this role is $105,300 - 130,000. 
 
The Premium Audit Manager is responsible for leading and managing a Premium Audit team who conduct virtual and some physical audits across various lines of business, with a focus on Workers’ Compensation and General Liability. This role oversees service delivery, staff development, vendor management, and regulatory compliance within the Premium Audit function. The manager oversees daily operations, provides strategic direction, and fosters a culture of excellence aligned with AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values.
 
Candidates residing within 50 miles of an AmTrust location may be required to work a hybrid, on-site schedule.
