  • Overview

    The Administrative Assistant - Real Estate, will report to the VP of Real Estate and be responsible for all prepping of invoices, booking travel for the team, reviewing expense reports and ad hoc special projects as they arise.  Duties include, but may not be limited to, the following:



    • Preparing approximately 150 invoices per month 
    • This position would receive each invoice from the vendor and create a payment request form
    • Expenses would then logged in Real Estate expense trackers for budget purposes
    • The payment request form would need approval from asset management and the person in this position would track the workflow
    • Invoice and request form would then be submitted to the AP dept for processing
    • Tracking of construction projects on behalf of Real Estate
    • Work with Procurement on Facilities-related projects (e.g. Toner Quest)
    • Help schedule travel arrangements for the team
    • Review expense reports
    • Ad hoc projects 


    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of three years relevant experience
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
