    There is a high volume of inbound and outbound calling, so the person we will hire is one who possesses the ability to work at a crisp pace at all times. Also, we place a heavy emphasis on organizational skills and accurate data entry. In turn, we will provide an environment steeped in a fun and growing culture, as well as a competitive pay.


    • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English a plus)
    • You have 2 Years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center
    • You are Computer proficient
    • You have a team-first mentality
    • You are open to being held accountable
    • You are passionate about having a successful career
    • High school graduate or GED equivalent
    • Deep understanding of the English language, both written and verbal
    • Has an ability to think independently and make decisions
    • Professional telephone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented and able to multi-task while following procedures.
