    Be the voice of AmTrust!  Apply your customer service experience, organization and computer skills, keen desire to fulfill customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction as a customer service representative in our customer service call center located in Independence.  Duties include but are not limited to:

    Responsibilities

    • Receive customer requests by telephone, chat or email.
    • Analyze requests and provide accurate information.
    • Quickly and efficiently access needed information/warm transfer requests to proper staff.
    • Resolves customers question related to Payments; status of Policy and or Claims.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to operate in a call center setting
    • 2-years call center customer service experience
    • Must have pleasant telephone voice and excellent organizational skills
    • Organizational ability and attention to detail
    • Ability to navigate a computer and phone system
