The Digital Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for executing and deploying marketing campaigns, emails, forms and landing pages using our marketing automation platform. We currently use and will be using Hubspot and SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
This role will be responsible for the Email Marketing strategy and campaign calendar. This position is responsible for all campaign and performance analytics. Will conduct regular strategic testing of everything from design, subject line, segments and cadence.
The candidate will be responsible for programming complex automation programs within the marketing automation system. They will have a firm grasp on data best practices and will be responsible for creating and updating programs to cleanse data. They will be liaison with IT on technical questions regarding integrations between marketing automation tools, as well as analytics and reporting. They will also help train on the tool when required. This candidate will be a skilled project manager and be able to define and document processes for others to follow.
Liaise with the marketing team to ensure successful deployment of marketing emails and campaigns using our marketing automation system Hubspot , SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
Deploy brand identity standards and taking a leadership role in enforcing compliance
Develop automated lead-nurturing programs to positively impact our current lead database
Establish, track and report on standard campaign metrics to optimize and drive business
Provide feedback and content for monthly operations report
Design and test web forms and landing pages to ensure accurate lead collection and process flow
Coordinate and integrate efforts with other Marketing personnel and cross-functional teams on a global basis
Serve as a company expert in email marketing strategies
Become power user of our marketing automation platform
Monitor inbox and respond to emails accordingly, and manage unsubscribes
Maintain data quality by following import processes and form processing steps. Monitor data periodically for cleanliness and make updates to the contact washing machine to improve data quality as needed
Take the lead on integrating other marketing cloud applications or tools and documenting the process
