  • Overview

    The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the email marketing campaigns and maximizing revenue opportunities from the companies CRM and customer database.


    • 5 plus years experience as an Email Marketing Manager ideally within a similar industry.
    • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
    • Required to be analytical and able to translate data insights into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
    • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
    • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
    • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
    • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • An ability to work under tight deadlines


    • Managing the companies email campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing.
    • Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
    • Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales.
    • Managing prospect mailings with third party vendors.
    • Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies.
    • A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective.
    • Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements.
    • Reporting on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns.
    • Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
    • Working closely with the Head of CRM to develop a clear CRM strategy.
