  • Overview

    This position will be part of the Corporate IT Security team. The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for assisting in the building and maintaining of a secure, stable, and optimally performing endpoint environment across our global enterprise. Key responsibilities include coordinating image development and maintenance, endpoint configuration and policy, endpoint standards, and technical solution design and implementation. The Endpoint Engineer will be called upon to display initiative toward improvement and optimization.     Operational responsibility for the endpoint management infrastructure utilizing:

    • Microsoft SCCM, WSUS, Active Directory, and Group Policy
    • Microsoft Defender
    • Palo Alto TRAPS
    • Other Advanced Endpoint/EDR Products
    • Client VPN Technologies
    • Design and implement technology solutions for internal customers, and participate in the testing and evaluation of new technologies.
    • Contribute as a subject matter expert or technical resource for projects to deploy various technologies.
    • Design and create reports within management systems for strategic decision-making (licensing, patch/vulnerability, asset intelligence, fleet health).
    • Assist the operation of a secure and optimized infrastructure by maintaining PC health, through the deployment of client patches and application updates, and reporting thereof.
    • Identify, remediate, and report on security alerts (viruses, malware, compliance, etc.).
    • Assist in software inventory management, and adhere to software licensing compliance.
    • Strategize, advise, implement, and support strategic end-user computing solutions, as assigned.
    • Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for assigned tasks and projects.
    • Develop yourself by staying current on industry trends and new technologies, using your knowledge to recommend future initiatives.


    • The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience managing desktop technologies (imaging, configuration, infrastructure, scripting, etc.)
    • Experience with network and Microsoft server technologies, excellent documentation, communication, project management skills.
