Who We Are Looking For

Our Licensed Insurance Agents are dedicated to treating our customers with the individual attention we know they deserve.  We are searching for authentic, enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking Inside Sales Agents to join our fast growing team in the Cleveland, OH AmVenture office.  Our base performing sales agents earn an average of $50,000 to $80,000 per year with an hourly base pay and uncapped commissions. Our best and brightest agents earn $100,000+!!  We are an inbound sales center so over 95% of your customers are already interested in buying one or more of our insurance products.  NO COLD CALLING IS REQUIRED.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Deliver outstanding client service to all customers
    • Use various systems to track, gather information and answer customer inquiries
    • Identify customer needs and work to meet those needs using sales tools and techniques
    • Provide appropriate educational information to the customer
    • Communicate with underwriting to maximize accounts and assess risks that fit within our appetite
    • Strive to sell the product that best meets each customer’s needs
    • Comfort working in a team oriented environment
    • Meet key performance metrics such as sales productivity and quality assurance requirements
    • Perform other duties as requested, including attending required meetings and training sessions

  • Any ONE of the below educational/work experience profiles:
    • Sales experience
    • 4 year college degree
    • Extensive professional background in fast paced call center, customer care or other sales friendly work environments


What You Don’t Need To Bring

  • Prior sales experience…it is preferred, but not necessary  
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license
