    We have an immediate need for a Settlement/Escrow closing coordinator in Uniondale, NY.  

    Responsibilities

    Management of the settlement account including wire entry, preparation of settlement statements and/or disbursement statements for commercial/residential acquisitions and refinances; reconciliation of files in title software program, tracking of post-closing escrows and file balances.Perform various technical clerical tasks, i.e. file scanning; familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field.

     

    Qualifications

    Must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced high volume.

    Skilled at working with urgency and deadlines, handling confidential and time sensitive material to ensure turnaround times meet requirements. 

    Knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
