Job summary:

Amtrust North America, an Amtrust Financial Company, is based in Cleveland, Ohio and is looking for a Workflow Administrator. This candidate will be part of a team of 22, interacting primarily with internal business partners making sure that all daily tasks are completed by the department’s service standards previously agreed upon. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As a Workflow administrator you will be responsible for but not limited to –

  • Performing a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.
  • Monitors and receives documentation from three sources: Email, Fax, Mail
  • Performs high volume data entry functions.
  • Making sure that all tasks are completed timely, accurately and meets the department’s service standards.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and 2 years’ office experience preferred.
  • Fast, accurate, data input skills with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to check one’s own work to assure accuracy.
  • Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time doing repetitive work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team work skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to multi-task and problem solve.
  • Self-starter who is flexible, adaptable and maintains workflow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
