Position Overview

Our Account Sales Agents are expected to carry out daily goals and expectations set forth by his/her supervisor and/or manager. All agents will be held accountable to the following key objectives: quota attainment, selling skills, product knowledge, and adherence to compliance guidelines.

 

Whether it’s coming in and taking incoming calls from well informed customers looking to purchase a new contract or following up with our existing base who need to update their accounts, being versatile is paramount. These attributes and objectives are driven by those who are competent, self-driven and success motivated. Is that you?!

 

Responsibilities

Get a Plan and Execute

Strong sales skills according to a plan, amazing customer service interaction with existing consumers and identifying needs to provide appropriate products are all the ways we maintain success.

Resourcefulness

Your fellow team members, our client’s website and highly trained individual knowledge and experience are all the ways (PLUS MORE!) that we ensure our consumers have up-to-the-minute and the most accurate information to make their decisions.

Qualifications

 

Experienced:   High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree along with a great work history are a few ways to demonstrate the strong work ethic and consistency in which we strive.

 

Tech Savvy:     Technology is key! Multitasking between computer programs, solid knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Office and strong navigation skills are essential.

 

Dynamic:         We understand that life balance and business needs are both important. Maintaining a self-positive attitude, being able to work independently & cohesively while being extremely flexible with the work schedule, makes for a unique work environment.

 

Next Level:      We also welcome those with auto service contracts (extended warranty) knowledge. In addition, having insurance experience (P&C License) is a bonus for future business ventures.
