We are looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager to partner with our clients and ensure their long-term success. The Executive Account Manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives/stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account managers will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and improve the entire client experience. Our ideal candidate is able to identify client needs and exceed client expectations.
