Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Social Media Manager. This role will be the community moderator for AmTrust Financial’s agent-centric and direct-to-consumer social media accounts. The successful candidate will monitor and participate in all conversations that take place on our pages, as well as help plan the overall social media strategy to help drive brand awareness and create brand advocates.

Responsibilities

  • Looks for trending topics for the brand to engage
  • Strategize to create compelling content with the Content Marketing Manager
  • Ownership of senior executive social platforms, i.e.: LinkedIn, Crunchbase
  • Coordinates schedule and posts all approved content from calendars
  • Help monitor, track and analyze the performance of social media posts and channels and make recommendations accordingly
  • Liaise with internal teams, including in-house designers and photographers, to produce creative assets

Qualifications

  • 2+ years social media marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proficiency with all social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and tools (Hootsuite, Agora Plus, EveryPost, Sprout Social, Bit.ly, etc.)
  • Familiarity with community management and an affinity to engage with consumers
  • Ability to pull and read analytics to adjust campaigns and strategies accordingly
  • Proactive, driven and creative with strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
