PDP Group, a division of AmTrust Financial, is searching for a Customer Service Representative Quality Control Technician - Title Fulfilment in our Quality Control Department. Shift is 8:30am to 5:00pm.


Summary:  The tech is responsible for ensuring proper steps and actions were taken for title requests.  Tech will need to access several different system to obtain title requests both internal and external.  Tech will need to review documents for accurate paperwork attached, reassignments as needed and supporting letters.  Tech may also be responsible for checking client systems to ensure proper documentation and data retrieval.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Review request to ensure proper steps taken to fulfill
  • Proper documentation within account for auditing, reporting or billing purposes
  • Review actual outgoing documentation for proper supporting documents as well as proper reassignment as needed
  • Ensure documents are correctly matched
  • Ensure proper updating occurred on client systems
  • Accurate record keeping of the results
  • Stay up to date on client and PDP expectations for proper handling of accounts
  • Complete any training courses for the client or PDP within the timeframe provided
  • Communicate results to Supervisor
  • Communicate grossly mishandled accounts to Supervisor immediately


High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Title release experience is a plus.
