PDP Group, a division of AmTrust Financial, is searching for a Customer Service Representative Quality Control Technician - Title Fulfilment in our Quality Control Department. Shift is 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Summary: The tech is responsible for ensuring proper steps and actions were taken for title requests. Tech will need to access several different system to obtain title requests both internal and external. Tech will need to review documents for accurate paperwork attached, reassignments as needed and supporting letters. Tech may also be responsible for checking client systems to ensure proper documentation and data retrieval.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Title release experience is a plus.
