Overview

Provide administrative support to multiple renewal/service underwriters, including monitoring email correspondence, and completing administrative tasks to expedite the underwriting process.

Responsibilities

  Duties include but are nor limited to:

  • Organize, maintain, and coordinate company electronic files and records
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers
  • Tracks expenses on a monthly basis, citing variances with budget
  • Perform data entry

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • 3+ years in an administrative or project coordination role
  • High level of professional conduct
  • Ability to interact with and assist executive management
  • Ability to work in a confidential nature
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skills, including Excel proficiency
  • General analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
