Be the voice of AmTrust!  The Customer Service Representative will support and drive high levels of customer satisfaction for our Specialty Risk division by providing excellent, prompt, courteous and focused phone support to customers and dealers in our downtown Cleveland office. 



  • Respond to phone inquiries from clients, dealers, and agents
  • Quickly and efficiently access and locate needed information to help resolve any issues
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Review incoming mail and resolve inquiries with Account Management
  • Meet monthly quality requirements.
  • Be an active team player across departments and attend necessary training and Customer Contact Service Team meetings


  • A high school diploma  or equivalent is required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • 3-5 years customer service experience, preferably in a high volume call center environment
  • Insurance experience highly desired
  • Ability to ask fact finding questions and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with challenging customers/situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to type 50-75 wpm
  • A champion of customer needs
