Responsible for the global architecture, design, support, and engineering of the enterprise network.


  • Own and drive uniform global network configurations and architectural standards in both US and Europe
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and create implementation strategies for inclusion in the wider network
  • Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Interview and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and provide coaching; address complaints and resolve problems
  • Be the catalyst for inter-departmental communications and collaboration as it relates to executing projects and outage management.
  • Develops processes and procedures designed to minimize the impact of system outages. Plans to meet and or exceed the requirements of production operations.
  • Support and implement periodic upgrades of the network infrastructure as required, including both patch updates and full version upgrades in order to meet service level objectives.
  • Examines new projects, forecasts new staffing requirements, and reviews company and team goals to prepare a network engineering plan and budget
  • Develop and manage relationships with network/telecom suppliers, including negotiation of equipment and service costs/terms

  • Strong proven leader for enterprise network teams of at least 6 to 8 team members

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, telecommunications or related field; proven industry experience will be acceptable in lieu of degree
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Operations with a strong emphasis on business facing services.
  • 8+ years of experience leading IT functions, including architecture, engineering, and network support
  • 8+ years of experience supervisory/management
  • Experience working with methodologies and techniques such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
