The Account Representative for our PAYO Division will maintain the relationship with our payroll company partners to ensure their data is accurate prior to processing. This position receives reports from our payroll company partners, verifies the data, and identifies inaccuracies.  The Account Representative is also responsible for contacting the payroll company partners to identify and explain the inaccuracies (i.e. class codes, policy numbers, net rates, ect.) and any other issues that could delay proper processing.  This position routinely communicates with our Payroll Company Partners, PAYO Accounts Receivable team, PAYO Management, Underwriters, Agents, and other departments as needed.


  • Provide clean files (ready to post) to the AR team
  • Review files for innacuracy and take measures to ensure proper corrections are made
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with payroll company partners
  • Immediately address items payroll company partner is not reporting correctly
  • Analyze data at both the payroll company and the insured level to proactively identify differences that need to be addressed
  • Provide our payroll partner with a consistent contact for their PAYO questions


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field desired
  • Experience in an office environment through an internship or other experience desired
  • Payroll experience or knowledge through studies
  • Detailed oriented, possess a good understanding of numbers with the ability to recognize inaccuracies
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
  • Experienced maintaining business relationships (used primarily with our payroll company partners)
  • Experienced in Office Applications: Power Point, Word, Outlook and Excel
