The Operations Assistant responsibilities include assisting with daily administrative and technical operations, monitoring and maintaining performance and overall health of systems and processes and provide support as needed to the Operations Team.



  • Serve as the assistant to the Director of Operations.
  • Monitor and maintain all internal support tickets by addressing issues or routing as appropriate, tracking progress and communicating solutions to all relevant parties.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues as needed.
  • Assist with the set-up, operation and maintenance of all office equipment and devices, as well as provide low level technical support when the need arises.


  • Assist members of Operations Team in organizing, planning and implementing daily strategy
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Organize the office and assist associates in ways that optimize systems and processes
  • Assist Operations Team by constructing reports, presentations, graphs, charts, spreadsheets, forecasts etc…

  • Serves as an ambassador for Toco Warranty while representing the organization, managing customer relationships, attending key events, symposia, etc.
  • Maintains proper compliance in all areas while supporting and upholding the values of Toco Warranty


Skill Set:

  • Strong working knowledge of Toco CRM (Salesforce) a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • Strong technical abilities with the capability to handle and address a wide variety of low-level IT related issues
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
