Overview

 

The Contract/Program Analyst is responsible for assisting the Program Specialist with implementation and ongoing management of key programs across the enterprise and setup and management of contract management process.

Responsibilities

  • Point of escalation to the business or suppliers on issue resolution
  • Maintain contract repository with executed contracts, key terms, expiration dates and provide reports as requested by management.
  • Support overall compliance to contracting processes (ensuring contracts have appropriate signatures; dates; entities, business justification).
  • Assist in the development of a Performance Management program with key supplies.
  • Assist in implementation and ongoing support of our key programs.
  • Contributor to compliance management of enterprise programs
  • Aid the Procurement department in the setup and overall management of the AmTrust data governance process including vendor categorization.
  • Assist as necessary with department wide initiatives.
  • Assist department team with reporting and analytics as necessary

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in business
  • At least 2 years’ experience in business
  • Contract Management experience and Program management experience a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Self-Starter/motivated
  • Strong Communication skills (relationship/stakeholder management)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
