The Account Manager reports to the division president and is the primary liaison between corporate accounts and the business unit.  The Account Manager is responsible for providing excellent service to high profile corporate accounts and developing new business opportunities within those accounts.  The Account Manager is tasked with the responsibility of building strong relationships and becoming the "go-to" person for all matters pertaining to those accounts.


  • Manage client questions and needs with various internal departments
  • Organize program changes, troubleshoot issues and grow assigned accounts
  • Keep comprehensive records and process account documentation
  • Coordinate efforts/communication between client and AMTEM management as needed
  • Assist clients with managing program activities (training, quotes, renewals, claims)
  • Accurate and timely follow-through on all tasks


  • 4 year degree
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent typing skills
  • Experience in insurance or account management, preferably with Corporate Accounts
  • Familiarity with insurance industry a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter and strong work ethic
  • Polite and professional demeanor
