The Analyst, Investor Relations will manage key analytic and metric areas of the investor relations program. The successful candidate will work closely with the manager to ensure consistent and effective strategic messaging.


  • Use background and skills to help support the IR strategy, identifying key issues and opportunities for the Company’s investor communications
  • Understand the Company’s strategic and operational performance
  • Prepare material for investor events, including Annual Meetings, Analyst and Investor Days, roadshows and one-on-one meetings
  • Participate in the production of the Annual Report, including writing of the letter to Shareholders
  • Help prepare financial press releases
  • Manage and compile analyst financial models
  • Maintain the Company's investor presentation with updated strategies, messaging and current quarterly financial data
  • Maintain investor fact sheets and investor website content
  • Conduct research and stay current with changes in the market and industry trends, as well as Company stock performance in relation to various comparator companies, indices and exchanges
  • Analyze and report on investor base changes
  • Maintain record of communications with investors and analysts (using IR CRM tools)
  • Update quarterly reports for executive team on key investor relations metrics
  • Support the company’s continuous disclosure requirements and regulatory filings


  • BS/BA degree in Communications, Finance, or related field
  • 2-6 years of investor relations experience with a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework and reporting obligations for public companies
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of financial reports
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Exceptionally strong writing skills with experience writing for various platforms and audiences
  • Strong communication abilities combined with personal interaction skills
  • Experience in managing relationships with investors and analysts
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
