Processing of new business, renewals and endorsements through various carrier systems. Gathering information for rating and quoting from brokers and/or bureaus and carriers. Doing follow-up of various sorts to assist in securing business and documenting underwriting files.   Preparing renewal offers and following up with brokers to assure we retain renewals. Maintaining various logs for development of statistics and tracking. Providing brokers with assistance when requested.


  Process binding documents and prepare file for issuing.


  Issue policies.


  Process all types of endorsements.


  Quote renewals.


  Communcate with and service brokers.


  Process cancellations, non renewals and reinstatements.


 System testing.


 Train other CSR's.


 Audit CSR work when requested.


2 years of Commercial Insurance experience required.

Must type 40 words per minute.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Use of Internet and Microsoft Word.

Must be detail oriented.

High school diploma or equivilant.

Good oral and written communication skills required.

Must be able to read and comprehend.

Well developed mathematical skills.
