We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused leader to serve as Director, Distribution Execution & Transformation. Reporting to the EVP Field Operations, this role will partner closely with senior & field leadership to drive key initiatives across our Independent Agent and Broker distribution organization, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable business results.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive thorough execution, accelerate organizational performance and build sustainable processes and workflows for large field undewriting, sales and client experience teams.

• Partner with executive & field leadership to shape and execute strategic priorities.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Distribution, Sales, Underwriting, Client Experience & Operations.
• Translate business strategies into actionable plans, milestones, and performance measures.
• Establish measurement and accountability frameworks to drive execution.
• Monitor initiative performance, track business outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support strategic planning, business case development, and investment prioritization.
• Provide executive-level insights, recommendations, and decision support.

What Success Looks Like:

In this role, you will help accelerate profit, growth and process improvement initiatives, improve cross-functional alignment, strengthen execution discipline, and ensure strategic investments deliver measurable value to the organization.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in insurance distribution, strategy, operations, consulting, or related business functions.
• Strong knowledge of the Independent Agent and Broker channel and carrier distribution models.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience developing business cases, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
