Overview

This position handles all activities related to the administration and management of reinsurance and partner structures. This includes performing analyses, preparing reports and providing recommendations for our programs, as well as all necessary tasks to ensure the accurate and timely completion of reinsurance reports, settlements, trust withdrawals, collateral management and customer service.

 

The Reinsurance and Partner Structures team oversees the following:

· Reinsurance

· DOWC/DOOC

· Profit Share

· FTP/XOL

· Captives

· Cell Structures

· AMP Portal

Responsibilities

  • Takes on a significant role in ensuring the success of assigned projects.
  • Provides analysis, reconciliation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly reports for assigned clients, along with summaries and recommendations.
  • Ensures timely settlements of assigned reinsurance/partner structure accounts.
  • Proactively manages all assigned accounts – collateral, deficits, loss ratios, production levels (minimums), terminations, tiered fees, commutations, etc. This includes timely follow ups to ensure full resolution or completion.
  • Provides accurate and timely responses to client requests.
  • Gathers and prepares information, reports and presentations for internal parties (Executives, Finance, Underwriting, etc.) as well as for external parties (clients, management firms, external auditors, etc.).
  • Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

· Experience in legal, accounting, finance, insurance or related field

· Very proficient in Microsoft Office

· Excellent analytical and organizational skills

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure efficiently, with high quality results and attention to detail

 

The expected salary range for this role is (USD $46,600.00 - USD $72,000.00 Yr. )
