Workers’ Compensation Director, Product Management owns the Workers’ Compensation Line of Business from a Technical Services perspective. Director, Product Management develops, implements, executes and monitors state strategies via state filings and product support. The Director will interact with disciplines (IT, data science, product, underwriting, operations, actuarial, etc.) within AmTrust to help carry this forward.
This position is hybrid out of any AmTrust office. 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home.
Overall Responsibility:
Ensure our product is compliant, accurate, and consistently implemented across systems and the field.
Key Areas:
Required:
· 5+ years experience in workers compensation related field, with focus on Underwriting/Product Management
· Communication skills are paramount, both written, oral and presentations
· Working knowledge of workers compensation systems
· Experience working with SQL a plus
· Project management experience
The expected salary range for this role is $114,700-$160,000/year.
