Property Claim Senior Manager – Renters Claims
Summary
The Property Claim Senior Manager –Individual Renters Claims is responsible for the direct leadership, oversight, and performance management of 3-4 teams handling individual Renters (HO‑4) property claims, primarily involving personal property (contents) losses. This role involves leading a team of frontline claim managers. This role ensures consistent claim quality, regulatory compliance, productivity, and professional development through coaching, guidance, and technical expertise in HO‑4 and TLL policy interpretation, investigation, and resolution.
This is a hybrid position out of one or our locations; Mayfield Heights Ohio, Alpharetta Georgia, Overland Park Kansas, or Dallas Texas.
