Position Summary

AmTrust National Title Insurance Company is seeking a highly motivated Agency Sales Representative to support and expand our agency network across Texas. This field‑based role is responsible for business development, agency relationship management, and market expansion, with a strong focus on increasing wallet share, strengthening existing partnerships, and developing new agency relationships.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced title insurance sales professional who excels at consultative selling, relationship‑building, and strategic territory management.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

· Develop and execute territory and account strategies to meet revenue, profitability, and market share goals

· Cultivate new title agency relationships through targeted outreach, marketing initiatives, and in‑person engagement

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities using solution‑based, value‑driven sales approaches

· Strengthen AmTrust’s market presence and brand visibility throughout the territory

 

Account Management & Retention

· Manage and grow an assigned book of agency business while increasing wallet share

· Retain existing agents by delivering exceptional service, proactive engagement, and tailored solutions

· Respond promptly and professionally to agent service issues

· Protect and stabilize vulnerable accounts through strategic relationship management

 

Industry Engagement & Expertise

· Participate actively in state land title associations and related trade organizations

· Stay informed on title insurance regulations, market trends, and competitive offerings

· Provide education, guidance, and training to agency partners on industry best practices

 

Collaboration & Performance

· Partner closely with internal leadership and operational teams to support profitable growth

· Contribute to the development of new and innovative products and services

· Track performance metrics and adjust sales strategies to drive results

· Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Previous experience in title insurance sales, agency management, or related roles

· Strong understanding of title insurance operations and agency relationships

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Proven ability to build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships

· Strong organizational and analytical skills

· Ability to work independently in a remote, field‑based environment

· Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for after‑hours events 

 

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience across multiple facets of title operations

· Demonstrated success managing a sales territory

· Strategic mindset with growth‑oriented focus

 

Work Environment & Travel

· Field‑based role covering Texas

· No regular travel to a central office required

· Work remotely from a home office

· Frequent same‑day travel to agent offices and client meetings

· Occasional overnight travel for conferences and industry events

 

The expected salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000/year.
