AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Programs Claims Director to lead a team of Program Claim Managers overseeing TPAs handling Workers’ Comp program claims nationwide. This role is responsible for technical claim oversight, TPA performance management, and staff development, with a focus on coverage, liability, reserving, litigation strategy, and settlement of complex Workers’ Compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions.
This position will require hybrid attendance in one of our AmTrust locations and is posted remotely for nationwide visibility.
