We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape and elevate our brand across every touchpoint. This role sits at the center of our in-house marketing team, partnering closely with marketing, product, and leadership to bring clear, compelling design to a complex industry.
You’ll lead creative execution across digital, print, and campaign work—translating insurance concepts into visual stories that are confident, modern, and human. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and knows how to balance creativity with consistency and compliance.
· Lead the design and execution of creative assets across channels, including digital campaigns, social media, web, email, presentations, print collateral, and event materials
· Translate brand strategy and marketing goals into visually compelling, on-brand design solutions
· Partner with marketing managers, copywriters, and stakeholders to concept and deliver integrated campaigns
· Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder feedback
· Present creative concepts and design rationale clearly to internal partners and leadership
· Ensure all creative meets brand, legal, and regulatory standards typical of the insurance industry
· Provide mentorship and design guidance to junior designers and creative partners as needed
· 4-7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house or agency environment
· Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and multi-channel design thinking
· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of Figma or similar tools preferred
· Experience designing for both digital and print production
· Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
· Ability to take direction and feedback while also pushing creative thinking forward
· Comfort working within established brand and regulatory frameworks
· Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Nice to Have
· Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
· Motion graphics or light video experience
· Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS platforms, or email design systems

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000
