The Product Specialist is responsible for leading the development and management of the company's insurance products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop product strategies, and bring new products to market. They will bridge the gap of understanding between teams and ensure each team meets their deadline. The ideal candidate will understand the required urgency when dealing with a business situation in a manner that is likely to lead to a good outcome. He or She will need strong skills related to communication, team building and time management. Leads project team members through the process of developing and maintaining document requirements from creation to deployment/training. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.

The expected salary range for this role is ($76,600.00 - $112,000.00)
