We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Communications Leader to support the Operations, IT, and Claims departments of a large, multinational insurance company. This temporary role will focus on managing and tracking all internal communications activities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to enhance the visual appeal of executive-level presentations. Broader communications composition will also be part of the role, with AI tools (including Copilot) available to assist in content creation.

· Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to create visually compelling presentations.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
· Proven experience in internal communications or related field within a corporate environment.
· Experience in insurance or financial services industry.
· Knowledge of internal communications best practices and change management principles.
· Advanced PowerPoint design skills (animations, templates, visual storytelling).
The expected salary range for this role is $30.00-$40.00/hour.
