The Facilities Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing AmTrust’s real estate portfolio and property management operations for AmTrust in the US. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for real estate or facility requirements related to both owned and leased locations and will work closely with internal business units and will manage critical external vendors related to our offices. Duties include all aspects of facilities management including strategic planning related to workplace locations and designs, supporting all site leaders in each location, supervising reception and mailroom teams and supervision of tenant construction build-outs and ad hoc special projects as they arise
