Job Position: 5 days in the office located at 5600 Mexico Rd, Suite 2, St. Peter’s, MO 63304.

• Research properties through a web-based electronic plant as well as familiarity with searching County records
• Abstracting copies of deeds, mortgages, and liens affecting title
• Performing judgment searches
• Completing search sheet and combining findings into a search package
• Creating typed Title Search Report

• Missouri Title Producer Licenses (this will be prepped and paid for by the company).
