Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support on computer systems, desktops, and remote technology issues.  Provide resolutions by utilizing reporting, resolution, and problem solving while making quick and accurate decisions. 

Responsibilities

    • Drive inclusive team culture and success
    • Provide first level contact and problem resolution for users with hardware, software, and application issues
    • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, provide solutions or alternatives using advanced expertise, tools, and company procedures
    • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

 

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of Windows software, PC, laptop and server hardware and related IT equipment such as printers, wireless devices, and scanners.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Time management skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Able to effectively tailor communication and troubleshooting style to differing audiences
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility
  • Able to self-manage and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
  • Spanish fluency preferred
  • Require an internet speed test before offer.  Requirements 30mb download and 2mb upload.
