Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex data services projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering exceptional results.  The Project Manager will oversee multiple data services projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Works with data services functional managers and team members to understand team strategies and initiatives.
  • Follows PMO standard processes to plan and execute projects for one or more data services teams.
  • Ensure project milestones are met, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Creates and manages project budget.
  • Maintain documentation, including status reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of data services, i.e. data warehouses, data flows, analytics, etc.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar software.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
