The Worker’s Compensation Medical Only Claims Adjuster is responsible for the prompt and effective investigation of worker’s compensation claims involving injuries that require medical treatment but no wage loss. Claim adjudication requires interaction with Insureds, claimants, medical providers and other parties to ensure adequate medical treatment is provided while utilizing Company resources in a cost-effective manner.
1. Handle requests for information and data using SharePoint tools
2. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries from remote managers/locations
3. Coordinate travel and manage two very busy schedules
4. Coordinate meetings
5. Prepare PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents
6. Strong organizational aptitude
7. Preparing for meetings (printing, scanning, copying, binding)
8. Ad hoc research, projects, and assorted administrative tasks
9. Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, fax and mailing
10. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
11. Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
12. Assist with incoming mail process as needed
13. Expense report preparation
14. May be required to work overtime as assigned.
15. Keeps current with market trends and demands.
16. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
