Overview

AmTrust’s Product Compliance team is looking for a candidate who occupies an entry level insurance position or is a college graduate and has decided to pursue a career in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

Requirements for consideration:

  • Current (or recent insurance) experience with Property & Casualty products; or College graduate
  • Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Word, Excel, SharePoint and CoPilot. (Experience with SmartSheet is a suitable stand-in for Excel.)
  • Excellent attention to detail; strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with the proven ability to prioritize and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines
  • Builds strong relationships with fellow team members and collaborates effectively
  • Inquisitive and a critical thinker, who digs deeper into the data to find solutions.
  • Quick learner with a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities and stretch outside his/her comfort zone

The ideal candidate will also have the following:

  • Experience with ISO forms or rating methods.
  • Experience in a role where assessing multiple types or elements of information was needed in order to determine an action or make a recommendation.
